A fondling child raised by Shinto priests at Ise Shrine, Arashi’s mother, a priestess of the same shrine, abandoned her after learning of her child’s destiny. She is called the “Hidden Priestess of Ise” and became the Dragon of Heaven most immediately in touch with Princess Hinoto.
