Death Note-Supernatural Notebook

The Death Note subsidies its exploiter the power to murder anyone whose fame & surface, they recognize, by handwriting the name in the notebook while describing their face.

The main character is Light Yagami finds a paranormal notebook, the "Death Note", trickled on Earth by a god of death named Ryuk. It cores nearby Light's effort to produce and regulation a world "cleansed of evil" as "God" utilizing the notebook and the exploits of a detective known as L, to stop him.
